• Clasp and chain repairs
• Prong re-tipping and tightening

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Scratches on metal or stones

How to Claim

Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll provide instructions for sending your item for repair.
